Our main quality credo is to bring as much fresh meat as possible in our product. Our ingredients can be traced from the slaughterhouse to alu trays.
As part of our product traceability, we can ensure:
- The production lines contain also a quarantine chamber, high-tech equipment such as temperature, pressure and time recorders, which avoid any manual intervention.
- Weekly independent led tests are carried out by Quality Control laboratories and are approved by the French Health department.
- Our customers are also invited to carry out their own quality control tests at their own discretion.
